White Swan
They have made it safely to the White Swan in Guangzhou. It feels more like a dream. Kristie is ver attached to Sandy. She can say Mama, we will have to work on Daddy when they get home. For now I am just that strange man on the computer screen. She smiles, laughs, and lovingly looks at Sandy. She is very active and will fit right in with our boys at home. Her non-stop eating has slowed a bit. "Squeeky" shoes are a big hit as are those mini drums you roll between your hands. She seems completely settled and comfortable. It couldn't be going smoother from my perspective. Tomorrow is the physical exam, paperwork party, and the red couch photo, I will post ASAP.

Some Sadness
Sometimes out of great joy comes some sadness. Unfortunately our dog passed way this morning while Sandy is in China. Lucy was 10 y/o. My oldest daughter asked me the other day why we had named Kristie - Kristie Lynn Kline. Each of our kids middle names start with the initial of a family member or friend who had passed on. It is now clear to me that the L was for Lucy.

Kristie's Gotcha
Sandra, said there were a few tears from her but settled right down with the cherios. She is absolutely gorgeous. Her hair was done real pretty. I skyped with them last night and she sat in my wifes lap and ate and ate. Very small and quiet, loves to play with her toy phone. There is a few pics of other kids in their travel group.
