Kristie and unknown smiling child in background. I am told she was born with Spina Bifida, looks to be about 5 or 6 and just loves Kristie. And no, Kristie is not bloated or incredibly huge. She is just layered, common practice in China even indoors. It is sub zero there now and heat is a luxury most buildings dont have.
